ERROR [o.n.c.c.s.s.CoreStateDownloader] Store copy failed due to store ID mismatch

neo4j fail on the second start. It works on a fresh install. But whenever it is stoped and start again the issue persists. On 1 node the error is Store copy failed due to store ID mismatch, and other nodes it is waiting to hear from a leader.
