ERROR [o.n.c.c.s.s.CoreStateDownloader] Store copy failed due to store ID mismatch

neo4j fail on the second start. It works on a fresh install. But whenever it is stoped and start again the issue persists. On 1 node the error is Store copy failed due to store ID mismatch, and other nodes it is waiting to hear from a leader.

Neo4j Version?
I presume this is set up as a Causal Cluster? If so how many instances are in the cluster?
Are you making any changes to files under data/ by directly moving/copying/editing said files?
