ETL Tool goes blank screen after selecting driver jar

When I select JDBC Driver to connect to MS SQL Server, the window goes blank. neo4j version - desktop version 1.1.13, etl-tool version - 1.3.1which database do you want to import from - Microsoft SQL Server
