The instruction to Force a user to change password using the native authentication at any point of time in the neo4j 4.0.0 enterprise edition.

I am looking to for mechanism to make the database offline so that no user can access or modify the data in the database.

After user creation if I choose to login into the user account to check if the assigned permission is correct then I will be prompt to change the password. Once I am done validating the user then can I run the below mentioned command to force the use...
