I am using Neo4j Desktop version 4.2.3 for macOS and I am trying to work with the Charts app, installed from Gallary Apps. However, whenever I add a report, it gives me a white screen and I cannot do anything afterwards. Same issue with the "Help" section in Charts apps.
Hey @maryam.vahdatpour, it might be that you have entered the wrong keys in the query - the error handling could be improved a lot and that's my fault!
Do you remember what chart type you were trying to add and the query you used?
Hi. I'm having the same problem, especially when I try to create a network chart on Charts. When I hover over the nodes the screen turns white immediately and it is impossible to go further with Charts.
