Ops-manager setup

Currently I'm trying to setup the neo4j Ops-manager.
Although I can find installation guides on setting up the NOM server I have a hard time finding documentation for setting up the agent on the "to-be-monitored" database server.
Besides that I've not been able to find a clear setup guide for the NOM server either, but I've managed with the available docs and some medium articles.
If there are better resources available for setting up the NOM server and the associated agents I'd love to know for future use.

Are there any guides going through the steps of setting up an agent and then referencing it from the NOM server and/or setting up the associated agents?
