Not able to connect to neo4j browser from neo4j installed in Virtual Machine Linux (redhat 8.1)

HI
I am facing issues while connecting to the neo4j browser though i can access the cypher-shell from the command promt.

To install neo4j i followed these steps.

sudo rpm --import https://debian.neo4j.com/neotechnology.gpg.key
sudo vi /etc/yum.repos.d/neo4j.repo

inside the file:
{

[neo4j]
name=Neo4j RPM Repository
baseurl=https://yum.neo4j.com/stable
enabled=1
gpgcheck=1

}

sudo yum install neo4j-4.2.6
sudo systemctl enable neo4j.service
sudo systemctl start neo4j.service
sudo systemctl status neo4j.service
cypher-shell

Here,Cypher-shell is opening and working fine.I want to connect to browser.

since it is showing to connect to a new address to connect to the browser(i think) ,so i again changed the configuration for https in neo4j.conf file

this VM (Linux redhat 8.1) is created through Microsoft azure and changed the network settings added the port 7474 and 8080

Is there anything i am missing?PLEASE HELP ME!

Thanks in advance

in your conf/neo4j.conf have you enabled remote connections similar to

#*****************************************************************
# Network connector configuration
#*****************************************************************

# With default configuration Neo4j only accepts local connections.
# To accept non-local connections, uncomment this line:
dbms.default_listen_address=0.0.0.0
