Import dataset from url using python and connect to neo4j

Hi,
I am new to neo4j...I know just the basic.
I want to run a project found on GitHub.
System specification:
windows 10, python 3, neo4j Desktop version 1.2.5

Project requirement;
I have to add the project to neo4j Desktop with the bolt URL, same user/password: public/public bolt://100.24.206.62:33064. This project is written in python which will access the dataset from URL and create a graph in neo4j then query in neo4j.

I tried to connect with said credential by neo4jDesktop->create project->add graph-> connect remote graph. On activating the graph database and opening the browser, am getting following

I don't know whether I am doing right thing. I want to execute this project.
