I loaded new database dump
neo4j-admin load --from=mydb.dump --database=neo4j --force
systemctl start neo4j
:use neo4j
Database "neo4j" is unavailable, its status is "offline".

sudo neo4j console
works as expected
Note:
journalctl -e -u neo4j log appears to match console output
Any insights on why console is working as expected but systemd is not? Before dump import, systemd was working. Both are started under root user.
