Non Interactive install is not working while install neo4j enterprise edition

I am trying to install neo4j enterprise edition 4.4.15 from rpm package. Non interactive install is not working. Have set the below env variable

export NEO4J_ACCEPT_LICENSE_AGREEMENT=yes
sudo rpm --install neo4j-enterprise-4.4.15-1.noarch.rpm

It still asks for license agreement. Have tried with other versions as well still the same. Please help on this.

 Have you tried using double underscores, as discussed in the screenshot?
