Hi, I'm seeing the same issue on 4.0.3 and after upgrading to 4.0.4 on neo4j EE (using neo4j desktop).
I'm using the /db/{databaseName}/tx/commit endpoint, but have also seen the same issue using the finer-grained transaction endpoints.
