Cannot Use Graph Algorithms on Amazon EC2 Instance

Hi, I am trying to use the graph algorithms plugin with EC2 AMI. I have tried editing both the /etc/neo4j/neo4j.template and the /etc/neo4j/neo4j.conf files to include dbms.security.procedures.unrestricted=algo.* but I am getting the error: algo.simi...
