After I set the password per https://neo4j.com/docs/operations-manual/current/configuration/set-initial-password/?_ga=2.36731299.229496363.1577653709-59241472.1577484125
and enter the new password, I get message:
Neo.ClientError.Security.Unauthorized...
I'm having the same issue, running Desktop 1.2.3 on Mac Mojave.
I'm trying different Java SDKs to see if that helps.
