Using neo4j server and keep getting error that service could not be perfomed

Can you please provide more detail?
Neo4j version?
Install method?
Is this a single instance or a cluster?
What command was run prior to the error described occurring? i.e. was this upon attemtping to connect to Neo4? attempting to start? or something else?

thank you it worked but im trying to load data on the server browser its showing success but it does not show the nodes and relationships on the left
