Unable to install the yFiles Neo4j Explorer graph app on Neo4j desktop

Hi all,

I'm using Neo4j desktop and am trying to install the yFiles Neo4j Explorer graph app. However, every time I try and install it, I get the following message:

"An error occurred while processing Graph Application . The Graph App is already installed."

I am certain that I have not previously installed the yFiles Neo4j Explorer app. Any ideas of how I can work around this?
