Unable to install neo4j desktop application on windows 10

Symantec software deleted my neo4j desk installer with following event log.

Security Risk Found! WS.Reputation.1 in File: c:\Users\akagalka\downloads\neo4j desktop setup 1.4.2.exe by: Auto-Protect scan. Action: Quarantine failed : Leave Alone failed. Action Description: The file was deleted successfully.

I changed the settings of symantec software to ignore neo4j file and allow it to execute. I was able to install neo4j desktop. Plus I executed this from windows pwershell
