Unable to connect to ipaddress in Neo4j causal cluster

I have created resource "Neo4j causal cluster" from Azure Marketplace.

In neo4j, we have three VMs with respective IP address.

As per Neo4j document, we should connect via https://[MY-AZURE-IP]:7473/

Whatever IP address (from VM) is given here, i am getting below error, can someone help on this.

The webpage at https://113.92.250.6:7473/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

I attempted to ping that ip address and it's not getting through. Check your firewall settings and add an entry for port 7473 to be a pass through.
