Trouble installing APOC plugin on Neo4j Desktop

Am running About Neo4j Desktop 1.1.15 and trying to install the APOC plugin but the 'install' link simply does not work, seems greyed out. Any suggestions?

Never mind ... I solved this ... I was connecting to remote Neo servers only and if you do not have a local Neo graph db set up on your machine you cannot install APOC plugins ...
