There is no procedure with the name `n10s.graphconfig.init` registered for this database instance

I would like configure rdf using neosemantics (n10s). But when i run this command, n10s.graphconfig.init, i got error.

I already installed n10s file jar and put in plugins folder.
The version n10s that i used is neosemantics-4.1.0.1, and version neo4j is 4.1.1

then, I add the parameters
"dbms.unmanaged_extension_classes=n10s.endpoint=/rdf"
in file neo4j.conf.

I try to ping, it success.

but what did I do wrong?
