The Sandbox window is inactive

Hi, I'm a beginner in Neo4j and started Graphacademy course. I run sandbox movie database but can't move further because the Sandbox window is inactive.

I have the same problem - nothing happens when I run commands in the sandbox of the graphacademy course on python.

Also, the URLs & password under 'Your Sandbox Credentials' on Sign In with Auth0 change every time the page is reloaded, so I don't know how to stay connected to the same sandbox environment / database. Maybe the sandbox not working has something to do with that?
