I would like to install Neo4j Desktop on a Windows 10 machine that has no network connection. This disconnected environment means that I will not have any internet connection for the installation process. I understand from reading documentation and other posts in this forum that I can run Neo4j once installed in offline mode. I also know that an offline installation on a Linux systems using RPM is possible. Is there at strategy for doing an offline installation in a Windows environment though?
