Question by new-Installation

hello guys,
i'm new to neo4j
I have installed community edition, but it always show this to me and even can't open http://localhost:7474 in my chrome

can anyone help me?

From what you are showing, it seems as though the database is not started. Did you start the database?

If started, did you change any settings in neo4j.conf to not use the default 7474 port?
