Nothing happens when starting neo4j

Hi,
I'm a newbie to neo4j, just a few days ago, I managed to import data to neo4j desktop through python using py2neo. But now the neo4j just won't start when I try to start it, but I can confirm the process of it in the task manager.
Appreciate any thoughts!

You'll definitely want to check what's going on in the neo4j log and the debug log for any notable exceptions or messages.

Both are located in the logs folder for the instance. In Desktop, for the instance in question, you can use the ... button, Open Folder, then Logs.
