Nodes won't show in Neo4j Bloom

Hi, I have seen multiple threads about this problem but none has a solution.

When I query for nodes, nothing is shown except that it found nodes.

I use Neo4j Bloom 2.4.0 and Neo4j Desktop 1.3.4.

Anyone as a fix for that problem ?

Hi, 

Sorry to see you're having this issue - can you confirm which version of Neo4j you're using? Note that Bloom is compatible with officially supported versions (currently Neo4j 4.3+). If possible, I'd suggest updating to the latest version of Desktop as well. One other possibility is that the nodes are appearing elsewhere on your canvas - can you check by opening the minimap on the bottom right hand side of your screen to see if they nodes are showing up in another area of your scene?
