Neo4j Service Installation Error

I have been using Neo4j for some time now in Windows platform.Recently I received the enterprise license for Neo4j. I am getting following error while installing the database as a service. Community edition was working fine in the same machine. I uninstalled it and trying to re install the enterprise edition now
