Neo4j Desktop update 1.4.15 not installing from Notification Center

I was attempting to install Windows version within the Notification Center. On restart of the Desktop, I am receiving the following error at the "getting ready" stage of downloading runtime environment:
Initialization error: [object Object]

'http://cdn.azul.com/zulu/bin/zulu11.54.25-ca-jdk11.0.14.1-win_x64.zip' returned status '503'. Cancelling download.

I can update the desktop by manually downloading the current version (1.4.15), but not sure how many others have seen this error or if there are other
