NEO4J cypher-shell is not working in my windows 10 laptop, presently i am using java 16 version

Hi @narendra_babu7 ,

Do you also have Java 1.8 installed on your system? It is possible that the Neo4j startup scripts are finding a different version of Java.

Could you check the JAVA_HOME variable?

Thank you @abk. I have installed Java 11 version which is compatible with the Neo4j windows command prompt, now it's working.
