Neo4j Casual Cluster Failure on local machine

I am trying to create a cluster on my mac machine, I am following the steps give in the link

This tutorial walks through the basics of setting up a Neo4j Causal Cluster.

but it always says
2021-08-02 14:43:32.715+0000 INFO [c.n.c.d.RaftMonitor] Database 'system' is waiting for a total of 3 core members...
Kindly help me to fix this
