Will using Helin Monitoring tool and Neo4j Browser to query will affect the performance of underlying Neo4j?
When Helin Monitoring tool and Neo4j Browser are used, I can observe that queries executed using java driver is slower than with these tools closed. Is this a correct observation? Should we restrict using these tools in production envt( use only if required)!!
