Multi-Regional and Multi Zone setup in Neo4j

i found it in documentation that multi region needs to be licensed separately.
we are planning to have 3 core servers in 2/3 different zones on Cloud Platform.

do we need licence for hosting in zones in same region as well.

Hi,

The feature is called Multi Data Center support, there you can design "routing" policies for the servers. In the bolt url you give a policy name, which direct the traffic to the closest server and if that one is not available than the next one etc.

So you are free to install a cluster server on any location you want (on premise, cloud or combination of it).
