Lost all my databases after updating Neo4j desktop

Hi everyone ,
Today i tried to update Neo4j dektop and after the update i lost all my databases , i tried to look in the database folder but to my surprise i didn't find it , the update deleted it.

Also now i get this error when i try to open neo4j browser

Is there a way to downgrade the version ?
