How load csv neo4j-import tool into Causal Cluster works?

Hi all,

What are the steps to follow when loading data in a causal cluster with the import tool?
Is it necessary to stop the entire cluster?
Is it possible to stop one of the machines and then to start it, to replicate among the other members of the cluster?

Or I have to follow the same steps as when doing "seed from backups"

Import tools is solely for initial data loads, Therefore you have to follow the "seed from backups" recipe.
