How do i upload my graph to cloud so others can access it?

Hello. I'm new to neo4j and even databases and servers.
Recently i have installed neo4j for desktop.
Using python i created some nodes and relationships and currently viewing them in neo4j browser.
But now i want to upload them in cloud so some of my friends can access my graph and do some queries on it.
I have read the documentation on Google Cloud Platform for neo4j but it's very confusing and uses terms like firewall, ssh, etc. which i dont understand.
I'm a student and i need to upload a small demo graph for free to the cloud.
Can someone please suggest me step-by-step what to do to upload it on Google Cloud?
Btw i'm also new to google cloud, so if i have to do some setup there, please include them also.
Thank You!

Aura was made for you!

Yes sir.I have been here. But there's a pricing for it. Please let me know if there's something free available. I only need to upload a small demo graph with very less nodes and relations.
