Google Cloud API with Neo4j

Hello I'm testing the Google Cloud API for NLP , and faced this error

</Failed to invoke procedure apoc.nlp.gcp.entities.stream: Caused by: java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: https://language.googleapis.com/v1/documents:analyzeEntities?>

I saw a couple of answers about enabling the GCP API but it requires billing account
please help !

Yes I think you need to have a billing account and then use the free credits.
