ERROR Failed to start Neo4j: Starting Neo4j failed when uncomment HTTP/HTTPS conf

Hi, I am learning neo4j and i want to run it in a GCP server.
I am using neo4j CE 3.2.14 and ubuntu 18.04.
When I tried to run it by using 'neo4j console', it cause the exception.
I tried both jdk11 and jdk8, but it doesn't work.

I think it might because I uncommented several line in conf so that I can connect to neo4j by http.
If I comment http/https in conf, neo4j runs well, but I want to use it by http.

Does someone met the same error?

dbms.connectors.default_advertised_address=0.0.0.0

I changed it to 0.0.0.0 but it doesn't work.
When I start neo4j, it shows the same exception.
