Desktop keeps notifying me of Browser 3.2.14

Neo4j Desktop 1.1.12 on Mac High Sierra is continually notifying me of Browser 3.2.14 changes. I clear the message and it comes back a while later. I don't think it's notifying me to upgrade... my Browser is already at that version... it's telling me of the changes in that version.

Does this persist even after restarting Desktop?

Apparently not. It's gone about 20 minutes without prompting after restart.
