Create many rows under a single node from a import file or manually creating

Hey guys,
I recently started exploring Neo4j, so I'm pretty much confused, if I have a csv file for example and if there are say 10K rows, how can I get all those row under a single node?
Adding to the question in SQL we have 10 rows under the same table. so in Neo4j if there are 10K rows than there are 10K nodes created.
The label is not helping so can someone please help me through this...
