I run bin\neo4j console under proper folder
but it always tell me that
it can't execute parameter verification with the parameter "ArgumentList",that parameter is NULL,empty or ....
I searched everywhere for one night and use another version 3.5.27 but it still happens, any one can give me some suggestions on what to do now?
