Connection Failure Error in Neo4j Sandbox when using Browser

I am working on a database (csv file) that is located in my remote github account. I have it loaded up in my Sandbox browser (Using Load CSV ) as well but whenever I try making nodes or run a big query it gives this error.

The same error pops up whenever I am trying to open up a Bloom Perspective and I am unable to do anything. Can anyone shed some light on this?

What do you mean by "big query"? You mean that it takes too much time and it gives a timeout?
