Bloom create perspective fails when number of relationships types is large

Bloom fails to create a blank or generated perspective when the number of relationships types is large. The docs suggest to use a quick database scan when generating a perspective, but I do not see how to do that via Neo4j Desktop v 1.4.7, which I use. The database I am trying to create a perspective for has 2,599 relationship types. If I click on create perspective, then click on generate perspective or blank perspective, Bloom tries to create a perspective for a minute or so, then just brings me back to the create perspective screen. On other databases, Bloom works fine. How do you instruct Bloom to do a quick database scan if using it via Neo4j Desktop?
