These are two different products (Bloom and Neo4j Enterprise).
If your Neo4j Enterprise instance is running in AWS, you need to set up a remote connection in Neo4j Desktop, so that Desktop points to wherever that is in AWS Cloud.
From there, if you have Bloom and a license, you simply activate your remote connection to the AWS instance, and bloom will automatically be talking to the active database.
