Trubles using ETL CLI tool

Hello,

I want to use the ETL tool to import my relational database to Neo4j. I have already installed Neo4j desktop and Neo4j ETL Tool, but in my case, I don't want to import all the tables from the relational database and I see that the ETL CLI tool gives you the opportunity to specify what tables you want to include or exclude when importing from an RDBMS.
The problem I am facing is that I don't understand how to install and use ETL CLI. I downloaded the zip folder from this link: Release Release 1.5.0 for Neo4j 4.0 · neo4j-contrib/neo4j-etl · GitHub .
I followed the steps defined here :

Now I don't understand how and where can I access the ETL CLI?
