Sandbox is not working

I am unable to complete the challenges in courses as site is failed to fetch the sandbox details in all the challenges.

An error message is displayed while using sandbox every time: Error fetching sandbox

Have you tried deleting the sandbox. A new one will get created the next time you resume the course.

I have the same problem. I haven't found a solution still.

I found a solution - I just registered here: https://sandbox.neo4j.com and chose to open with NEuler. After that I was able to connect to the sandbox and everything works fine.

I am having the same issue, I have a registered account, verified my account, however the sandbox will not open within the courses which is making them impossible to complete

I've just signed up at https://sandbox.neo4j.com/ , refresh the course and everything is OK.
