sandbox in training course suddenly stopped working

i've been going through the graph data modeling fundamentals and using the built-in sandbox to do the challenges. it just stopped working. is the sandbox down?

note: using the sandbox outside of the online training course (https://sandbox.neo4j.com/) works.

I'm taking the Cypher Fundamentals course and experiencing the same issue since yesterday -- was unable to run the provided example Cypher codes in the built-in Sandbox.  I recently tried to do the "Adding or Updating a Movie" exercise and got this page instead:

Not even the sandbox.neo4j.com project is working for me. It is getting hung on "Loading dataset".

https://sandbox.neo4j.com/    try using this. And go to movies dataset(for neo4j fundamentals only)and launch the browser externally. It should work. Then u can sign out of neo4j course and sign in afresh. Wait for the sandbox to download and show NEO4J$ to start writing the code.
