I've been working through the Cypher Fundamentals training and for the last couple of days everything has been fine. However, in the middle of a session I've lost the ability to connect to the Sandbox.
I am connected to the sandbox Movie database outside of the course and I am able to make successful queries there. The error message refers to a "websocket connection failure" I've used Edge and Chrome both without success; I've logged out and in to my account and have terminated/restarted the movie DB and used my personal laptop as well as my work laptop, without success.
Chrome indicates the following error:
"Access to fetch at 'https://987f5871d598b3b67ec40cdb599c8ea5.neo4jsandbox.com:7687/' from origin 'https://graphacademy.neo4j.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled."
What are my options getting the sandbox working again? If conf. files are involved, I may need some guidance as this is a new area for me.
Thanks in advance for any assistance offered.

One solution for this course is to terminate the Movies project in the sandbox.neo4j.com site.
Then re-enter the course. It should automatically recreate the sandbox and you can resume where you left off.
Keep in mind that it takes a few minutes to create and populate the sandbox for the course.
Queries will only execute if there is the $neo4j prompt in the edit pane.
