I have no reply from Sandbox

Sandbox cleans up window after pressing run (>) button.

Hello @Eduard_Naumov ,

Is it possible that you are connected to a VPN that may be preventing access, or an ad blocker for your Web Browser?
Here's what I recommend:

1. Sign out of GraphAcademy
2. Go to the sandbox.neo4j.com site and see if you can access the sandbox with (Open) Neo4j Browser.
3. If you cannot access it, open a Developer Console to see what is being blocked.
4. If blocked, can you resolve the issue (ad blocker or VPN connection)?
5. If you have resolved the issue, clear all cookies in your Web browser.
6. Sign in to GraphAcademy and go to the page where you were blocked again.
7. There should be a $neo4j prompt in the sandbox pane on the right

Let us know if you are still blocked.

Hello @Eduard_Naumov ,

Were you able to complete the challenges?

You can enter Cypher in the sandbox.neo4j.com Neo4j Browser window.

However, to verify/validate your Challenge, you will need to click the button at the end of the challenge.

I had a similar issue.

Registering an account on sandbox.neo4j.com resolved the issue for me. After registering I refreshed the page on GraphAcademy.
