Didn't receive certification email

Hi, last week I passed the certification at night. I passed it with the email registered under this account, and registering my full name. I got a message saying I would receive the certification in 1 hour, but I never got it.   

I also sent multiple emails to support, with no response.

I really need this as I have to present it to my manager.    

Is there something I should do or that I'm missing?

I also passed the Certified Professional test yesterday and have not received the email yet.  I also do not see the certification listed anywhere under my Profile.

We now have certificates available from GraphAcademy.

1. Sign in to GraphAcademy at https://graphacademy.neo4j.com

2. At the top of the page, Select My Account > My Achievements

3. Click on your certificate.

4. If you scroll down on the certificate page, you will see options for sharing it with others.

Let us know if you do not see your certificate there.
