Unable to claim t-shirt after completing Neo4j Certification Exam

I have just passed the Neo4j Certification Exam. But I am unable to claim my t-shirt.  I get the following error Could not validate your address when I submit the form for the t-shirt. Is there a workaround for this? Thanks for the help!
