Compare graphs

Hello everyone
I am a student and a a new NEO4J user. I want to use it for a school project for comparison between data.
In particular, I want to compare the nodes of graph G1 with graphs F1 and F2 ones' (but there can be many others F graphs present in the DT) and find the most similar one.
As showed in the figure, all graphs are bipartite and F graphs are subsets of G graph.
Can anybody help me out with this problem?
