Dear All,
I am new to Graph Data Science, but i would like to use the link prediction pipeline for my project. I do have a graph database filled with biological entities represented as nodes and directed edges that describe the relationship between them. All edges have the same relationship type. I read now, that i have to project the graph with undirected edges. The proposed CYPHER snippet gave me an error message so I read more about projecting graphs and found the following:
"Some algorithms require that the graph was loaded with UNDIRECTED
orientation. These algorithms can not be used with a graph projected by a Cypher projection."
I did not quite get what this means and how else I could get my graph projected.
Thanks in advance for your help
